5. Refund Policy

Course Enrolments

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all course enrolments, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days of the original purchase date will not be eligible.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files, templates, and other digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us via our Contact page and we will resolve it promptly.

Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
